Refund and Returns Policy

At our web design company, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to process a refund or exchange.

Refunds:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • To request a refund, please contact us via email at contact@wedocustomwebdesign.com with your order number and the reason for the refund request.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Returns:

  • If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item, you may do so within 14 days to 30 days of the purchase date.
  • To request an exchange, please contact us via email at contact@wedocustomwebdesign.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for.

Please note that custom design work and services are non-refundable.
